My love of photography started in high school. A favorite teacher got me interested in shooting football games, track meets and other fun stuff for our high school yearbook. This soon spilled over into my love of music and I started shooting live concerts. My first real concert shoot was a Kenny Loggins show, sometime around 1981 or 1982. I got two great pictures which netted me first place in a local photography contest and helped to fuel my new hobby. Although it would be many years before I would turn "pro", photography was always part of my life. Today, I like to shoot images related to travel, culinary topics and music, as well as many other subjects. I also find myself back shooting high school sports for my kids.
